Le Pavé de Paris Original Soap - Superfatted cold saponification 150g Organic

Le Pavé de Paris Original is the revolutionary organic cold process soap created in homage to the beloved Parisian pavements. It is scented with essential oils to diffuse beautiful fresh and natural citrus notes, it is lightly colored blue-grey to recall the color of “real” paving stones.

Its main virtues:

Organic olive oil: this superfatting oil has softening properties
Organic castor oil: this saponification oil produces a creamy and delicate foam.
Petitgrain bitter orange essential oil: It has calming and stress-relieving medicinal properties.

Pavé de Paris Original is a cold saponified soap whose formula has many qualities:

100% ingredients of natural origin and 76% organic ingredients
Certified organic by Ecocert according to the COSMOS standard
Overfatted at 10%
Perfumed with a synergy of essential oils with calming and stress-relieving therapeutic properties of lemon, sweet orange and bitter orange petitgrain, like a diffusion of citrus fruits.
Organic coconut oil for hardness.
Organic olive oil for sweetness
A generous foam thanks to organic castor oil.
Vegan, without palm oil and without synthetic ingredients

Cold saponification
It is an artisanal soap making method which allows all the ingredients to be preserved as much as possible. The virtues of the supergreasing oils are therefore preserved and allow the soap to keep its emollient, softening, protective and nourishing properties. This method has the other advantage of limiting the energy impact of production by using little electricity and water.

USE

Formulated primarily for adults and older children. It is perfect for washing your hands, body and face.

Be careful, avoid getting it in your eyes. If this happens, rinse with plenty of water.

Allow the soap to air dry thoroughly between each use. Store it away from heat and light, ideally on a perforated soap dish to prevent it from melting too quickly.

Du mardi au samedi, votre commande sera prête deux heures après sa validation à notre échoppe du 50b rue de Douai à Paris 9ème.

Produits endommagés, erreurs et réclamations

Il est nécessaire de vérifier lors de la réception de votre colis Hersée qu’il s’agit bien de la bonne commande et que les produits n’ont pas été endommagés pendant le transport.

Retours

Après réception de votre colis, vous avez 14 jours pour changer d’avis pour vos achats online.

Afin de pouvoir procéder à un remboursement ou un avoir, il est nécessaire de nous contacter par mail à l’adresse suivante bonjour@chez-hersee.fr afin de valider la procédure.

Le produit doit être dans les mêmes conditions que lors de sa réception et dans son packaging original.

Aussi, il faut impérativement indiquer sur un papier dans le colis votre nom et prénom et votre numéro de commande afin que nous puissions traiter votre retour.

Dès réception, notre équipe se chargera d’inspecter le colis et vous recontactera pour vous confirmer l’acceptation ou le rejet de votre demande de remboursement.

Si votre demande a été approuvée, nous éditerons un avoir ou nous vous rembourserons, selon votre choix, dans un délai de 7 jours.

Les retours sont à la charge du client.

Les retours sont possible directement à notre échoppe du 50B rue de Douai à Paris 9ème.

Si le client a choisi le mode de livraison express Chronopost pour sa commande, les frais de livraison remboursés seront du même montant que ceux de livraison standard Colissimo soit 6,95 €.

Commande non récupérée en point relais

Le client est averti par email de la mise à disposition du colis dans le point relais.
Les colis sont à disposition du destinataire pendant d’une durée de 7 à 14 jours (en fonction du point relais et du transporteur).

Les colis non récupérées à l’issue de cette période sont retournés à Hersée.
Le retour de la commande du fait du non retrait de celle-ci par le client entraine l’annulation et le remboursement de la commande.

Le retour de la commande si celle-ci n'a pas été récupéré au point relais par le client dans les délais indiqués, entraîne l’annulation et le remboursement de commande au client, hors frais d'envoi. Dans ce cas, le montant des frais de retour est également retenu sur le montant remboursé au client, sauf quand la livraison est offerte.
Les frais de retour sont équivalents aux frais de livraisons de la commande.
