Maison Brémond

Maison Brémond has been established in Provence since the 19th century and taken over in 2015 by Olivier Baussan, it offers to share its choice for high quality gastronomy which is part of an approach of sustainable development and dynamic ecology concerned with biodiversity , on the lands of Provence and everywhere around the Mediterranean.
Share a selection of products grown on a living land, respect animal welfare, restore agricultural areas so that insects and birds can nest there, support committed farmers, follow seasonal products by listening to elders who pass on their knowledge making and sharing traditions with them around a table while tasting good and healthy products: This is the philosophy of Maison Brémond.
On a daily basis, Maison Brémond pursues its original vocation: to satisfy the palates of connoisseurs and to defend a vision of southern gastronomy, in complete authenticity.
