Simple and reassuring raw materials, for concentrated efficiency and real pleasure of use
100% of natural origin , the ingredients of the certified organic balm have been specially chosen for their moisturizing, nourishing, soothing and protective properties , for a feeling of maximum comfort on the skin.

Particular care has been taken with the texture of the balm: a melting texture , which penetrates quickly without leaving a greasy film, and which does not liquefy in the heat for use all year round.

Without perfume or essential oil, it is suitable for the whole family (from birth).

Suitable for all skin types, its skin tolerance and effectiveness have been proven by tests carried out under the supervision of a dermatologist.

Its little extra? You will fall for its pleasant coconut smell !

Without essential oil and fragrance. It is suitable for babies and pregnant women.

Body care
Apply the balm to dry areas: it provides a feeling of hydration , intensely nourishes, and leaves the skin soft.
It is ideal for relieving the skin of pregnant women, which is subjected to severe tension on a daily basis!

Facial care
Due to its high coconut oil content, the certified organic moisturizing balm is recommended for dry to combination skin , but its application is not recommended for acne-prone and blemish-prone skin.

Hand care
The multi-purpose balm is ideal for dry and chapped hands, with an immediate nourishing and repairing effect that is non-sticky. A small dab of product is enough for guaranteed results !
Hair ends care
Take a small amount of balm on your fingers and rub them directly onto your dry or damaged hair ends.
For maximum nourishing effect , on unwashed hair, apply the balm to the lengths and leave for 30 minutes. Then rinse it and complete the treatment with an optimal hair routine with APO solid shampoo and conditioner . The result ? Hair in great shape!
After Sun
Applied directly to the skin following exposure to the sun's rays, the balm hydrates and soothes the epidermis . Please note: this treatment is neither a sunscreen nor a cream to be used in case of sunburn or burns.
Aftershave and beard care
The multi-purpose balm soothes and relieves the skin after hair removal or razor burn. It can also be used as a beard care product .
Nail care
Apply the balm to your nails and cuticles to nourish and repair them.

Economical, it is equivalent to approximately 100 uses (depending on frequency, conditions of use, length and type of hair).

USE

A practical gesture, simply take a dab of balm and warm it in the palm of your hand. Massage gently as often as desired.

Il est nécessaire de vérifier lors de la réception de votre colis Hersée qu’il s’agit bien de la bonne commande et que les produits n’ont pas été endommagés pendant le transport.

Retours

Après réception de votre colis, vous avez 14 jours pour changer d’avis pour vos achats online.

Afin de pouvoir procéder à un remboursement ou un avoir, il est nécessaire de nous contacter par mail à l’adresse suivante bonjour@chez-hersee.fr afin de valider la procédure.

Le produit doit être dans les mêmes conditions que lors de sa réception et dans son packaging original.

Aussi, il faut impérativement indiquer sur un papier dans le colis votre nom et prénom et votre numéro de commande afin que nous puissions traiter votre retour.

Dès réception, notre équipe se chargera d’inspecter le colis et vous recontactera pour vous confirmer l’acceptation ou le rejet de votre demande de remboursement.

Si votre demande a été approuvée, nous éditerons un avoir ou nous vous rembourserons, selon votre choix, dans un délai de 7 jours.

Les retours sont à la charge du client.

Les retours sont possible directement à notre échoppe du 50B rue de Douai à Paris 9ème.

Si le client a choisi le mode de livraison express Chronopost pour sa commande, les frais de livraison remboursés seront du même montant que ceux de livraison standard Colissimo soit 6,95 €.

Commande non récupérée en point relais

Le client est averti par email de la mise à disposition du colis dans le point relais.
Les colis sont à disposition du destinataire pendant d’une durée de 7 à 14 jours (en fonction du point relais et du transporteur).

Les colis non récupérées à l’issue de cette période sont retournés à Hersée.
Le retour de la commande du fait du non retrait de celle-ci par le client entraine l’annulation et le remboursement de la commande.

Le retour de la commande si celle-ci n'a pas été récupéré au point relais par le client dans les délais indiqués, entraîne l’annulation et le remboursement de commande au client, hors frais d'envoi. Dans ce cas, le montant des frais de retour est également retenu sur le montant remboursé au client, sauf quand la livraison est offerte.
Les frais de retour sont équivalents aux frais de livraisons de la commande.
