Dimitri Oosterlynck created GIMBER at the end of 2017, after desperately looking for a non-alcoholic drink with character. Finding none, he decided to create it, testing all kinds of combinations and ingredients. Until one day, in November 2017, all these ingredients came together into a miraculously satisfying concoction. GIMBER is the organic alternative to any alcoholic drink.
